Roelieze Lodge is situated on the beautiful coast line of Macaneta .
35 km north of Maputo lays Roelieze Lodge, a tropical barefoot paradise on an exotic African island.
Enjoy the sunrise and sunsets over the ocean from the comfort of your bed and from the sundeck of your luxury log wooden house,
while sipping exotic drinks… Not even the whales in the distance will disturb your peace!

Roelieze Lodge Accommodation - These fully equipped log houses along with sun kissed golden beaches only a couple of meters
away are complimented by local fisherman selling their catch. All houses are fully equipped apart from towels.

Beenbek - 8 Sleeper - Three storey thatch and wooden house with views 360 view over the ocean and the island.
Bottom floor is a large bedroom with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with outside shower.
Second floor is 2 bedrooms with one double bed and 2 single beds and a bathroom.
Third floor is the kitchen and lounge with a deck and build in braai.
From the second floor you have a beautiful view over die lodge and the ocean.
Boma with braai on the sand with beautiful garden. Hammocks under the deck where you can relax in the shade.

Plaashuis - 4 Sleeper - A Thatch house with an open plan bedroom (queen size bed) and lounge and kitchen area, one bathroom.
Loft with 2 single beds.
A beautiful deck and braai and under the shade there are hummocks to enjoy and listen to the bird-life!

Garoupa - Sleeps 2 people - Self-catering with a bathroom on-suite with an air-con.
Kitchen and braai area.

Parrot Fish - Self-catering with a bathroom on-suite with an air-con.
Sleeps 4 people ( 2 x Rooms ) with a kitchen and braai area.

Serra ( Luxury Tent) - Sleeps 4 people - Self-catering with a bathroom on-suite with an air-con.
(Open Plan) with a kitchen and braai area.

Sailfish - Sleeps 6 people - Self-catering with a bathroom on-suite with an air-con.
(2 x Rooms & 2 x Sleeper Couches) with a kitchen and braai area.

Marlin - Sleeps 6 people - Self-catering with 2 x bathrooms and 3 x separate air-con rooms
with kitchen and patio build in braai.


Baleia - Sleeps 6 people - Self-catering with 2 x bathrooms and 3 x separate air-con rooms
with kitchen and patio build in braai.


For Bigger Groups ( Sleep 14 people) -
3 x Units = Trigger Fish / De Rosa / Seekat.
The units are all build around a Boma. Perfect for bigger groups.
Trigger Fish - Sleeps 4 people

De Rosa - Sleeps 2 people
Self-catering with a bathroom on-suite with an air-con. (Open Plan) with a kitchen.
Seekat - Sleeps 8 people
Self-catering A-Frame Units with 2 x Outside bathrooms. (4 Units – 2 people per unit) with a kitchen and build in braai.

Camp sites - 4 camp sites, each with a braai area, and thatch roof.
Electric are available and a water point at each camp site.
Beautiful trees and grass area on each site.
Beach front.
A bathroom/shower under a tree where you can see the stars, and three bathrooms.
A communal kitchen/wash area.
Some camp sites you not only hear the ocean, but you can see it from your camp.

Launch site on the lodge, with secure parking for boats.
