Packaged Charters at Eden Bay Eco Lodge and Bazaruto Encounters are available with a unique combination of Accommodation
and Excursions to enable you to enjoy various experiences, from fishing and Island trips to snorkeling and ocean experiences,
at your leisure and on your own private boat.
The packages are flexible to suite your budget and are usually for 7 days, but can be tailored to your personal preferences.

Eden Bay Eco Lodge Accommodation -
Situated on a very large un-spoilt private and pristine beach front property with grassed areas and authentic thatch umbrellas.
We are very exclusive as we currently only have 5 units sleeping 10 adults and 4 children depending on configuration.
The beach is secluded, virtually private, and the Lodge has the best views in the entire Archipelago of all 5 islands.

All the units at Eden Bay Eco Lodge have a sea view, en-suite and are a short walk to our very own secluded beach with thatched umbrellas and grassed area.
2 x Self Catering Main which sleep 2 adults and 2 children. These are raised wooden deck with self-catering facilities, en-suite bathroom and shower, sleeping 2 - 4 people.
3 x 2 sleeper Units - Separate unit, in close proximity to the main self catering units and most joined by a raised wooden decked walkway , sleeping 2 guests,
with en-suite bathroom and shower but without the self catering facility ie.
All catering is done in the main unit or you have the full-board option.
All the main self catering units have vapor fans and other units effective silent fans.

The full-board guests will have their preferred meals prepared by our chef (Including a Crayfish or Prawn meal during your stay and other
seafood delicacies) … which are served at your unit or on the pool deck.

If self-catering, there is everything you need in town at a small SA supermarket and many other shops, bottle stores etc..
There is also a large cold filtered water dispenser in your main unit for as much cold water as you require …
(Let us know any specific food items, other than the basics, you may wish to bring along eg. specific dietary meals,
and we can recommend if same is necessary or would be available in town…)
The items are a similar price to SA with a small premium. Cereal and biscuits can be a little more expensive though.
Wine is very expensive, as is whiskey and brandy, vs South Africa pricing but still cheaper than European pricing –
all other spirits and beer are a similar price, and even sometimes cheaper, than SA.
We collect fresh rolls in town most days if you would like.

Ocean Safaris - Own in-house excursions - Bazaruto Encounters - with a fleet of boats, equipment and tackle for Island trips,
snorkelling coral reefs with tropical reef fish and fishing charters, including world renowned Marlin waters.
We offer kayaking, SUP boarding, float tubing etc. from the beach, which is completely safe for children with small gentle, or no waves at all.
Family excursions to the Islands in your own private boat.

Our surrounding local community have a fleet of traditional Dhows which the sail out on each day and catch their fish by hand-line -
far more sustainable to the environment, and which we support by providing line and tackle to them on a regular basis.

If you are flying in, your flights from Johannesburg, via Maputo on LAM, should be around R 5800 pp return and direct Johannesburg to
Vilanculos on Airlink R6000 pp, which we highly recommend for the extra few hundred Rand. Please check your best overseas
flight from origin to Johannesburg South Africa or Maputo in Mozambique, alternatively we can investigate this on your behalf.
