Casa de Beija Flor in Tofo is nestled in and amongst the sand dunes and surrounded by indigenous bush.
The lodge is very well positioned at the beginning of Tofinho making it a five minute walk to the Tofo or Tofinho beach and to the centre of Tofo. This means restaurants, bars and the market are all within walking distance.
Casa de Beija Flor offers a comfortable, intimate seaside getaway.
The lodge offers accommodation in two cassitas (traditional thatched roof houses) and each cassita sleeps 4 people.
The cassitas are brick structures with thatched roofs. An open plan lounge and kitchen are available for self catering and relaxing.
A king size bed enclosed by mosquito netting with a ceiling fan makes this room private and romantic. A good sized bathroom adjoins the king size bedroom and offers a big bath, a well pressured shower, basin and toilet. Upstairs in the loft bedroom are 2 single beds with mosquito nets that enjoy a magnificent view of the sunset over Tofo.
Each cassita has a deck area with a day bed, table and benches. An outside braai area is available.
Bedding and bath towels are provided but not beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas hob, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
A cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost on a daily basis as is a buying service for seafood and other goods.
The manager lives on the same property and a guard is on duty at night. Safe parking off the street is available.
