The road to Zimbabwe is the EN6 “Beira Corridor”. There are still extensive road works along the route but road is negotiable with a two wheel drive car.
Chimoio is the capital of Manica province and is approximately 190km west of Beira. The city is organised and well maintained with a number of restaurants. The area around the city is fertile agricultural land and produces many different fruits and vegetables.
Manica is a smaller, quieter town only 30km from the Zimbabwe border. Just outside of town are some cave painting, there is a magnificent view from this site.
