The Golden Sands development comprises of two
stunning apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper level. Each unit has two en-suite bedrooms and spacious open plan living areas which are air-conditioned.

They are conveniently fitted with furnishings and accessories for four people in the same luxurious style that has become synonymous with Sol Resorts developments in the area. A communal rim flow swimming pool completes the ambience and there is also direct and easy beach access. Although there is no restaurant on site there are several dining options in close proximity to the complex and it is also possible to buy fresh seafood from the local fishermen at the harbour for those guests that wish to cook for themselves.

Vilankulo serves as the gateway to the marine paradise of the Bazaruto Archipelago. With clear blue waters which play host to the myriad of ocean life and soft, white, sandy beaches there are a host of water sports available including scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing and dhow trips around the islands to mention just a few. The lodge management will assist in organizing activities for guests on request.

The town itself has many attractions including a vibrant market and several good restaurants. It is also possible to buy fresh seafood from the local fishermen at the harbour.
